Partner terms

Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply to clubs, gyms and creators we invite to share Match Ready: Football. Players’ use of the app is covered by our terms of use and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

Match Ready: Football is run by ARX Algorithms Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17511371, registered office Office 21751, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@arxalgorithms.com. “You” means the club, gym or creator we’ve set up as a partner.

2. Joining

We create partners ourselves; there’s no self sign-up. When we set you up, we send you a link, a short code and a private dashboard link. Keep the dashboard link private: anyone with it can see your totals. Ask us for a new one at any time.

3. What your players get

Players aged 18 or over who join through your link or code, or by joining your club’s team in the app, get one month of Match Ready Pro free, if they join before their first purchase and within 30 days of creating their account. Each player can only be linked to one partner: the first one that applies.

4. What you earn

  • Rate: 25% of our net proceeds from each adult player you refer. Net proceeds are what the player pays, less VAT and the app store’s fee (for a UK player, the price ÷ 1.2 × 0.85, or the figure the store reports to us).
  • How long: for 12 months from that player’s first paid payment. The free month and any free trial earn nothing.
  • Examples: about £2.30 for each monthly payment of £12.99, and about £14.17 for a yearly payment of £79.99.
  • Under-18s: you earn nothing from players under 18, and we never tell you anything about them.

5. When and how we pay

  • 60-day hold: each amount becomes payable 60 days after the payment it comes from.
  • Monthly: on the 1st of each month we add up everything that has become payable, and pay it by bank transfer, normally within 10 working days.
  • £25 minimum: if you’re owed less than £25, it carries over to the next month until it reaches £25.
  • Bank details: you give us your bank details directly. We keep them as a payee in our business bank, not in the app or its systems.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and tax

If a player gets a refund or a chargeback before we’ve paid you for that payment, you don’t earn on it. If we’ve already paid you, we take it off your next payment. Payments are made without deducting tax. You’re responsible for any tax due on them. If you’re VAT registered, tell us and we’ll agree how you invoice us.

7. Your dashboard

Your dashboard shows how many adult players joined through you, how many are paying, what you’ve earned, what’s in the 60-day hold, what you’ve been paid and your next payment. It never shows players’ names, emails or any other personal data.

8. How you share it

  • No spam: share with people who know you (your squad, members or followers). No bought lists, no unsolicited bulk messages.
  • No misleading claims. Don’t say the app treats, diagnoses or stops injuries or concussion, don’t promise results, and don’t say the free month is anything other than one month.
  • Follow the advertising rules (the CAP Code): if we pay you, label posts as adverts where required, for example with “#ad”.
  • Don’t refer yourself, create accounts for other people, or pay or reward players to sign up.
  • Don’t use our name or logo in paid search or social adverts without asking us first.

If you break these rules, we may hold back commission earned through the breach and end the partnership.

9. Ending the partnership

Either of us can end the partnership by giving 30 days’ notice by email. Your link and code stop working when notice is given; you still earn on payments made before the end of the 30 days, paid in the usual way. We can end it straight away if you seriously break these terms.

10. Changes

We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing these terms. If you don’t agree, you can end the partnership before the change applies.

11. General

You’re an independent partner, not our employee or agent. Neither of us is responsible for losses the other couldn’t reasonably expect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
