Head injury reporting and return steps, pain reporting and red-flag advice, illness advice, support links, account deletion, data export and restore purchases. These work whether you subscribe or not.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings. The app isn’t live yet; prices are as of 26 October 2026 and the store shows the final price before you pay. See our terms.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free on the yearly plan. That covers two full club weeks, so you see the plan move around your fixtures before you pay. The monthly plan has no trial and starts straight away.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; request one from them directly. If something isn’t working, email support@arxalgorithms.com and we’ll help.
What’s free without a subscription?
Head injury reporting and the graduated return steps, pain reporting and red-flag advice, illness advice, the 35+ chest-pain card, support links (Samaritans, Shout, NHS 111, and Childline for under-18s), data export, account deletion and restoring purchases.
Do under-18s pay the same?
Yes, the same plans. For players aged 13 to 15 the parent gives consent before the plan starts; whoever owns the Apple or Google account pays.
