# Match Ready: Football > Match Ready: Football is a strength and conditioning app for amateur footballers in the UK (Saturday and Sunday league, grassroots and non-league), made by ARX Algorithms Ltd. It plans gym and home sessions around the player's club training nights and match days, including double-header weekends and midweek cup games, by position (goalkeeper, centre back, full back or wing back, central midfield, winger, striker), and adjusts each session from a daily check-in of 3 jumps plus wellness taps compared with the player's own normal (green, amber or red). It includes a warm-up built on the same parts and dose as FIFA 11+, Nordic hamstring and Copenhagen adductor work through the week, optional Apple Health and Health Connect connection (HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, watch GPS), shared club fixture lists, and free safety tools: possible head injury (follows The FA's guidance and the UK grassroots concussion guidelines, earliest match day 21, never says a player is fit to play), pain and red flags, and illness. Price: Match Ready Pro £12.99 a month or £79.99 a year, 14-day free trial on yearly only. Status: coming soon to the App Store and Google Play (not yet live as of 26 October 2026).
